A rare opportunity to join Andersons of Inverurie's growing digital team. This full-time role, reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to support the brand’s online growth by maintaining our product catalogue and supporting digital sales. You’ll be a motivated, proactive and organised professional.

Responsibilities

  • Support the digital team in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Maintain the store's digital catalogue.
  • Liaise with instore sales team and vendors to support promotions.
  • Track fulfilment of customer orders.
  • Respond to customer queries via our digital channels.
  • Support marketing campaigns, sourcing digital marketing collateral. 

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organisation with the ability to meet deadlines, often while working independently.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and create actions based on findings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using a Content Management System (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce etc)
  • Experience in Excel with capability to upskill.
  • Experience with a similar online marketplace would be an advantage.
