Andersons of Inverurie are looking for a Full Time/Part Time Administrator to assist in or busy office.
The successful candidate will be proactive and provide professional, customer focused day-to-day 'hands on’ Office Administration’ support to our busy sales team.
Duties will include:
- processing purchase orders with our suppliers
- order checking and confirmation
- price list updating
- general filing
The position will require some weekends to be worked, but this is on a rota basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
