Anderson's have been out first call for new furniture over recent years. We've recently moved house and have found the staff so helpful giving us ideas. Their experience and willingness to help has helped us so much.

If you’re in the mood for a cold, unappetising baked potato with bizarre toppings, Anderson’s Café is the place to go. I was expecting something hearty,maybe a warm pulled beef topping,but instead got what looked and tasted like processed supermarket beef slices. The Brie was fridge-cold, the bacon wasn’t even warm, and to top it off, there wasn’t a trace of butter on the potato itself. The whole thing was just bland and sad. The soup? Absolutely overloaded with vegetables to the point of being unpleasant & for note it was chicken noodle soup, not a single noodle had that soup seen, and the overall pricing is a joke,£36 for two soups, a panini, and that sorry excuse for a baked potato. Not exactly value for money. To make matters worse, not one member of staff asked how the meal was,even though they could clearly see it had barely been touched. And while the shop itself is nice to look at, the staff seem more interested in avoiding customers than helping them. I browsed the furniture section for a while, looking at sofas and dining tables, and wasn’t approached once. Disappointing experience all around. Wouldn’t recommend

Ordering on line was easy. Communication about what stage the order was at was helpful. The item arrived very quickly, appropriatley packaged. As described.

I moved to Aberdeen last year and I have bough quite a few items from Andersons which is a family run shop. The staff are very professional and nothing is too much bother. I would highly recommend Andersons. The cafe is fabulous too. 10/10

We have recently purchased a carpet and suite from Andersons of Inverurie and were delighted with the service from choosing and ordering to the very efficient delivery and fitting.

Gave good sound advice never hurried to make a choice always happy to answer repeated questions to ensure a full understanding of the product . Staff were knowledgable of the many options within their sections . Nice spotless restaurant with good food options .

Bought carpet, curtains and blinds - staff friendly and helpful and give great advice in helping with choices. Excellent standard of completed works. Would definitely recommend!

As a family and business we have been using Andersons for generations and have never been disappointed in any part of our dealings. In conclusion, service and quality of furnishings are fantastic.

There was a very large selection of Dining Room chairs from which to choose from. It took us quite a while to finally select ones that suited us, going round each ones a number of times. The member of staff in that section was very helpfull and knowledgeable.

Stopped by Andersons for a coffee break. Compliments to Tricia for her brilliant service. It’s obvious that she places great importance on service. Thank you!

Staff in store were helpful. Bought two shelving units, really pleased with the look and quality of them. Was misled about how long units would take to arrive. Was told four weeks, receipt said 4-6 weeks, arrived 8 weeks after ordering. Also, there was terrible communication about getting the units delivered from the store to my house. I had three separate phone calls with different delivery times and was assured that I would be phoned half an hour before they arrived. On the day, they arrived in the morning, not the afternoon as I had been advised, and I did not receive a phone call half an hour before delivery. Very poor.

Very knowledgeable staff on the 2 occasions we visited the store recently to purchase 2 mattresses. Both ladies were polite & friendly & encouraged us to try out the different mattress ranges. The only issue is £50 delivery charge - think it is very expensive & will discourage me from coming back to make future purchases. Thankfully both mattresses will come in same delivery. £25 would be a reasonable delivery charge. The staff did explain the delivery charge but I still believe £50 it is too expensive.

A wide range of modern furniture and home fittings. Everything is high quality and competitively priced. Sales staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It's always a pleasure to visit, browse and buy at Andersons!

A visit to Andersons is always enjoyable, whether it's just for a coffee, or to browse the fantastic range of furniture and homewares. Our latest venture was for some drawers for a bedroom, and were very happy with our purchase. Of course, we had a coffee before we left! Our order arrived to us much quicker than expected, and the delivery guys arrived right on time, and had the delivery done in about ten minutes.

Excellent service and selection to choose from, would use Andersons again and recommend to anybody.

I went out on a Saturday late morning with my mum had lovely home made soup and as ever good quick service in clean nice cafe. Ended up buying a computer chair but the chair on display was faulty so I purchased one in stock from warehouse but as it was a weekend the warehouse was closed which meant I had return to the store on the Monday (from Aberdeen) to collect otherwise I would have incurred a £50 delivery charge and prob not received it until later that week which was a bit of an inconvenience but wouldn’t stop me returning the lady that served me was very pleasant and helpful

I'm delighted with my new cushion. Its quality is great and the design fits well with my approach to colour and pattern. It arrived with no delay and was well packaged. I was fortunate to buy this on offer, a great buy.

Quick delivery and when I needed to return product there was no quibbling. Sophie Allport Bee duvet cover set in the photos looked like embroidery but in reality was just a print and looked cheap. This is more to do with the designer but worth knowing if anyone ordering as returns postage costs are very expensive

Good knowledge of products when being shown stock. Excellent customer interaction. Anderson’s were very understanding about changing the delivery date. It was delivered the next week. They phoned ahead with an expected time of arrival. Product as described. I would shop at Anderson’s again.

Visited to look at furniture and window blind options. Staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The choice of excellent quality products was extensive. Bonus, a superb lunch in the coffee shop. Well worth a visit.

Excellent service as usual from Richard with regard to the flooring in our new house. His advice on selecting the carpets and hard flooring was invaluable. Nina Thompson provided similar high quality service with the window coverings. We were very pleased with all of the windows except for the lounge window roller blind which had a few flaws. However, she listened to our concerns and persevered to ensure we got a product we were happy with. We greatly appreciate the effort she went to.

We were unsure if the stools we wanted we the right height for our breakfast table. Andersons gave us on home to test. No questions asked. We bought 2 and are really happy with our purchase. Nice friendly and efficient service.

Very happy with carpetting three bedroom and flooring for a bathroom. Excellent service in store and very professional fitters in my house. We have shopped often at Anderson. They have a spacious well laid out shop with good car parking available on the edge of Inverurie. An excellent selection of furniture and soft furnishings to choose from and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Lovely showroom, no pressure when you enter the showroom, staff very polite and helpful, we were lucky to like a sofa that was in stock we were able to pick the day that was most convenient for us. Will definitely be back.

Called in past to have a look for a new bed, lots of choices, new bed delivered and put together the next day, couldn't ask for anything more

Excellent customer service - beautiful product

You could start by spelling my name correctly ! The staff in the store are friendly and helpful. The store is very well presented with a great choice of goods. The cafe is great as are the staff who serve you. We ordered a dining table and chairs in Nov 24 and were told it would take 12 weeks for it to be available for delivery. We contacted the store at the end of January and were told it was in stock, so why had they not contacted us to let us know it was available for delivery ? As we were soon to go on holiday we agreed that we could wait until we returned. I called the store after we returned and they told me delivery would be aranged and we would be contacted by their delivery company, that was a week ago and I have had no contact as yet.

the delivery drivers were first class laying down sheets before the furniture was brought in also wearing gloves to protect the suite treated my house with respect and were curtious as well totally professional would not hesitate to purchase again ,I also asked if my item could be stored as i had an issue with my house not a problem to Andersons .

I recently bought a Kensington four-seater and armchair from Andersons, and the process from start to finish was amazing. Staff at their shop in Inverurie were phenomenally helpful and took their time to help my partner and I figure out what colour and material would work best (their interior designer, Jenny, even sent up as mock-up of how it would look in our lounge). We ordered the couch and chair with Marion, who was consistently a pleasure to deal with. When it transpired my partner and I had miscalculated our front door measurements and would need to get the couch hoisted onto our roof terrace (well aware of how unhinged that sounds), Marion and Vivian could not have been more helpful: they answered all our questions quickly and thorough. They liaised with the warehouse staff who, when they heard about our issue, made us the first delivery all the way down to Glasgow. They arrived on time and coordinated perfectly with the HIAB operator. What could have been a truly stressful and miserable experience was resolved swiftly and professionally at every turn: I could not be more delighted or be more prepared to recommend Andersons of Inverurie. And the couch and chair look fantastic too (burnt orange fabric and smoky green leather).

Andersons of Inverurie is a high quality furniture specialist, and we have had nothing but the best experience as customers. We have been given carefully considered advice, received deliveries of furtniture and fabrics on time, and even the delivery men were happy and helpful in moving things about in our home. Love Anderson's of Inverurie great stock in store, I was in recently choosing a blind for my kitchen window also had stools to be recovered and had no idea who I could get to do them but Fiona was absolutely brilliant telling me that they could arrange that for me too. Great service would thoroughly recommend them.

Very pleased with service received in the shop but I must stress I wasn’t very happy with the delivery. I didn’t get a phone call before they arrived & he was very rude about getting the sofa in through the door saying it obviously wasn’t measured for fitting through the door, I didn’t realize that had to be considered. They did get it in after removing my front door so really was no need for that comment. Also they didn’t even ask before assembling my sofa if I was happy where it was which I think should have been asked, I was asked after they assembled it but just left it & my son & son-in -law helped sort it out for me.

Very satisfied with the product which arrived promptly within the timeframe given. Good communication regarding delivery.Would definitely order from this company again.

Product excellent as expected

As always very happy with Anderson, great products, very good customer service, only thing that can be improved is clearly showing how many pieces left of any product when you place a order. Selecting a product (cushion cover) it only allowed me to add 2 in the basket without saying "only 2 left in stock". I bought them anyway and they are beautiful, but it would be good to know immediately so maybe you buy other options when you need more than 2, as for my case. Thanks

Excellent service from the purchase of the carpet to the fitting. The carpet fitter were very respectful of my property and very obliging and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend Anderson’s as their customer services are excellent.

A beautiful product, unfortunately not quite right for us.

Very disappointing, we went for lunch I had a panini took one bite and a done fall out, ordered soup for my little boy only to be giving it to him for a couple off hairs to be in it, we had to ask twice for our cakes as they forgot them!
