Full Time Flooring Estimator

Flooring Estimator Required

We are seeking an experienced Flooring Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Flooring Estimator, you will be responsible for visiting customers’ homes and commercial premises to carry out accurate site surveys, take detailed measurements & assess subfloor conditions for a wide range of flooring installations. You will work closely with customers and our installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits for domestic and commercial flooring projects.
• Accurately measure areas and assess site conditions.
• Identify any floor preparation or additional works required.
• Advise customers on suitable flooring products and installation options.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the estimating process.
• Ensure all measurements, documentation, and quotations are completed to a high standard.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a similar estimating role within the flooring industry.
• A flooring installation or trade background would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A professional, tidy appearance.
• A full UK driving licence (essential).

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
