Delivery Service Update

We are currently experiencing an increase in phone calls and emails requesting updates on parcel deliveries. To help answer common questions and reduce the need to contact the store, please review the information below.
Since the beginning of the New Year, our area has experienced sustained heavy snowfall. Conditions were so bad that the store was required to close temporarily to ensure the safety of our staff.
While we now have the resources in place to reopen safely, Royal Mail continues to experience disruption to its parcel services across Scotland. With snowfall now also affecting England and Wales, and a further Yellow warning for our area this weekend we anticipate that delivery services may experience further delays.
Up-to-date information on areas currently experiencing disruption is available on the Royal Mail website:

You can track your parcel by clicking the “View your order” button in your original order confirmation email. This page provides a summary of your parcel’s journey.
For more detailed tracking information, please click on your tracking number, you will be taken to the Royal Mail website. By selecting “Get more details” and expanding “Tracking History”, you will be able to view detailed updates on your delivery.
Please note that we continue to deliver parcels to our local Delivery Office; however, due to the high volume of parcels, not all items are being scanned into the Royal Mail network on the day of despatch. This may result in tracking information taking longer than usual to update.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this period of disruption. We appreciate your continued support.
Many thanks,
Andersons of Inverurie
